They purchased their lot when the market was very high. When they considered selling the lot, it was only worth half of what they had originally paid due to the downturn in the housing/land market. Not sure what to do, they contacted us and we worked with them on a plan to build a home on the lot and created a strategy to build immediate equity in the property.
Even though the lot was only valued at half of what they paid for it, with the finished home they now have equity in the property and they haven't even moved in yet! Isn't that fantastic? Once they get the landscaping in they will build even more equity into the home. BOOM! Immediate equity just by working with the team at Novum Homes. They were seeing RED and now working with our team they are seeing BLACK.
